Refund Policy

All coaching services, including one-on-one sessions, packages, and digital products, are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the session has taken place.

If you purchase a coaching package and decide not to continue before using any sessions, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session:

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text.

• Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a missed session and are non-refundable.

• No-shows without prior notice will be considered a missed session.

In the rare event that we need to reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you alternative times at your convenience.
